Our Teens and Adults Martial Arts Classes influence the lives of younger and older adults alike. This program is about showing Teens and Adults that they are never too young or too old to achieve anything. 


Think of this class as an all in one. Our multi-disciplinary approach to Martial Arts is Taekwondo inspired and blended with MMA, BJJ and Boxing.

You will learn how to deescalate situations, avoid confrontation and defend yourself if absolutely necessary.

 

We encourage our Teens and Adults to become active and confident leaders in their own lives all via martial arts training whilst working towards your Black Belt.

Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes

Adults Martial Arts - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Preston and Epping

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the worlds most effective martial art for self defence. It burns calories, builds camaraderie and establishes community. BJJ students learn to use leverage and technique to overcome attackers larger than them.

Popularised by the Gracie family and the UFC, BJJ has become one of the most widely practiced martial arts in the world.

​

Students begin their journey at White Belt and progress through multiple coloured checkpoints on their way to Black Belt and beyond all while getting in shape and having fun.

​

Classes are split into three levels

 

  • Introductory (6 months of training or less)

  • Fundamentals (White Belts training more than 6 months)

  • Advanced (Blue Belts and above)

Adults Martial Arts - Muay Thai Kickboxing

Preston, Epping and Beveridge

Muay Thai is the “art of eight limbs” — a fast, technical striking style using punches, kicks, knees and elbows, blended with sharp footwork, timing and defence. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve trained before, our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes are structured to build real skill, safely and progressively.

Each session runs like a proper fighter’s class (minus the ego): a guided warm-up, crisp technique instruction, partner drills and pad work, then conditioning to finish. As you level up, you’ll add longer combinations, clinch fundamentals, and controlled sparring rounds if thats your thing.

​

Expect a full-body workout, better coordination, and the kind of confidence that carries into work, school, and everyday life. Come to get fit, learn to strike, and join a team that’ll push you without throwing you in the deep end.
